Who we are. Chester Financial LLC (“Chester,” “we,” “us”). We are a mortgage broker, not a lender. NMLS 2454525. Licensed in Connecticut only.

Scope. This Policy covers www.chester-financial.com (the “Website”), our web forms, and our communications with you. If you become a customer, our separate GLBA consumer privacy notice (see Addendum A) also applies.
1) Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide.
Examples: name, email, phone, address, loan goals, property details, and other information you choose to share through forms, calls, emails, or texts. - Information collected automatically.
Examples: IP address, pages visited, timestamps, device/browser data, and similar analytics/usage data. We may use cookies/pixels as described below. - Information from others.
Examples: service providers (hosting, analytics, texting vendors), referral sources you ask to connect you with us, public records, and anti-fraud/identity-verification tools (if used).
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
2) How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to inquiries and provide broker services (shopping/arranging loans with third-party lenders at your direction);
- verify identity, prevent fraud, and protect the Website;
- operate, maintain, and improve the Website and user experience;
- comply with law, examinations, and recordkeeping; and
- (if you opt in) send service or marketing communications.
3) How we share information
We may share information:
- With lenders you authorize us to approach, so they can evaluate your scenario;
- With service providers (hosting, analytics, forms, texting platforms) under contracts that limit their use of your information;
- For legal/compliance reasons (regulators, law enforcement, auditors, examiners, or as required by law); and
- In business transfers (e.g., merger/acquisition), with continued protection of your information.
We do not permit vendors to use your information for their own unrelated marketing.
4) Cookies & Pixels (including Meta Pixel)
We and our vendors may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to:
- keep the site secure;
- measure traffic and engagement;
- remember preferences; and
- improve content and marketing performance.
Meta Pixel / (optional) Conversions API. We use Meta’s tools to measure activity on the Website and help deliver ads to interested audiences. We configure our implementation to avoid sending prohibited or sensitive data where applicable.
Your choices.
- You can control cookies through your browser settings.
- Where available, you may use our “Your Privacy Choices” controls (if offered on the Website) to limit non-essential cookies/pixels and targeted advertising.
Blocking some cookies/pixels may limit site features.
5) SMS/Texting & calls (if you opt in)
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send texts or calls about your inquiry, loan process updates, and other service-related communications. Message frequency varies.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts, or contact us at info@chester-financial.com.
- Fees: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier/plan.
- Third-party services: We may use third-party providers to deliver SMS.
- Security: SMS is not a fully secure method of communication. Do not send sensitive personal information by text.
6) Your privacy choices and requests
- Marketing emails: Use the unsubscribe link (if included).
- Texts: Reply STOP.
- Requests/complaints: Email info@chester-financial.com.
Connecticut privacy rights. If the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA) applies to us (depending on thresholds and any applicable exemptions), Connecticut residents may have rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing (e.g., targeted advertising). Submit requests at info@chester-financial.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
7) Data security & retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, recordkeeping, examinations, and dispute resolution.
8) Accessibility
We aim to make our Website accessible to all users. If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Website, email info@chester-financial.com and we will assist you and work to remediate issues.
9) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Policy.

Addendum A — GLBA Consumer Privacy Notice (summary & placeholder)
GLBA stands for the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. If you become our customer, federal GLBA privacy rules (commonly delivered via a separate “GLBA privacy notice”) govern how we handle certain nonpublic personal information collected in connection with providing financial services.
We will provide the applicable customer privacy notice at application/engagement and/or when required, and it will describe:
- what information we collect;
- what information we share and with whom;
- what choices/opt-outs are available (if any); and
- how we protect information.
