Addendum A — GLBA Consumer Privacy Notice (summary)

GLBA stands for the Gramm‑Leach‑Bliley Act. If you become our customer or applicant, federal GLBA privacy rules (commonly delivered via a separate “GLBA privacy notice”) govern how we handle nonpublic personal information (NPI) collected in connection with providing financial services.

We will provide the applicable customer privacy notice at application/engagement and/or when required. It will describe what information we collect, what information we share and with whom, what choices/opt‑outs are available (if any) under GLBA, and how we protect information.

Note: Our GLBA notice governs NPI for applicants/customers and controls over any conflicting terms in this Website Privacy Policy for that information. View GLBA Privacy Notice (PDF).
